Many years ago I became interested in the lyric Carlos César Lenzi wrote for Edgardo Donato's tango A Media Luz. Off and on as the years went by I kept notes of ideas that went through my mind but never until lately did I have the time or opportunity to put all my notes together in the form of a document. Finally retirement offerend me both and this is the result.

I have divided this document into nine parts: the first eight parts are incidental and peripheral information about the project, while Part 9 is actually my personal reflections and observations on each verse of Lenzi's lyric.

Although the pages are set up to be read sequentially, I have inserted additional links in the Reflections section for ease of navigation.

I hope anyone reading this finds as much enjoyment and interest as I did over the long years.
